Locker Club Owners will receive a personalized locker with the owners name, special designation or company name imprinted on a metal nameplate. Company logos can be included on the nameplate. Keys for your locker are held on premise by the management team.

Lockers are leased on an annual term, beginning January 1 and prorated if your lease begins after January 1. Annual renewal will be automatic unless the member notifies management of cancellation.

Lockers can store approximately (15) standard wine bottles in upright position and (18) standard wine bottles in a horizontal position.

Wine and liquor purchase price will be the Heidel House cost plus 15%.

The Heidel House will hold tasting events exclusively for Locker Club Owners up to four times a year. At these events members can purchase wines/spirits to stock their personal locker. Or enjoy our exclusive Concierge Program –  tell us what you want and if we can get it from one of our distributors, we will get it for you.

Locker inventory will be maintained by the Heidel House Hotel & Conference Center bar staff and presented to you when dining in the Oakwood Restaurant or at the Oakwood Bar.
